Wanda joined iDE Mozambique in 2022 and is responsible for recruitment, employee relations, benefits, and capacity building, among other duties. She has worked in a range of industries including, mining, food and beverage, legal, and engineering, performing roles related to business management, project management, corporate governance, and internal auditing. 

Prior to joining iDE, Wanda worked as a finance and administration consultant for ICAP Columbia University, in Maputo, identifying and improving finance and administration processes, as well as implementing strategic initiatives in finance, operations, and human resources.

She has a degree in internal auditing and a diploma in accounting from Tshwane University of Technology. She thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and is passionate about working directly with clients. In her spare time, Wander enjoys spending time with her family, pursing outdoor activities, and reading biographies.
