Tsion has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Microlink College and is currently studying for her Master’s degree in the same field. Before joining iDE in 2009, Tsion worked in the private sector. She began her career at iDE as a Project Secretary/Cashier. Since then, she has worked in various positions, and currently serves as Ethiopia’s HR and Operations Director. Tsion is responsible for handing all HR issues concerning Ethiopia, including recruitment, employment contracts, terminations, and performance management, as well as handling a number of administration activities.
