Ratana joined iDE in  September 2005, initially working in various finance roles within the iDE Cambodia Finance Department eventually taking on the role of Cambodia’s Director of Finance and  Administration. In 2014, Ratana resigned from her position in Cambodia to relocate to Myanmar where her husband was working at the time. Later that year, iDE rehired her for the remote Regional Finance Manager for HQ and she and her family moved to Denver. Currently, Ratana provides financial leadership and oversight for iDE operations in Bangladesh, Cambodia, Ghana, and Hydrologic projects. She consistently seeks to achieve objectives through the optimization and  utilization of iDE financial systems. Ratana also possesses a profound understanding understanding of the talents and abilities of our finance team, fostering collaborative efforts to enhance support for iDE”s mission.
