Quang leads efforts involving monitoring, research, evaluations, technical support, and learning. He began working in international development in 2012, focused on countries including Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, and Vietnam. He has worked with NGOs and consultancy firms such as Save the Children, the World Bank, the East Meets West Foundation, and Supa71. He completed a PhD in information studies and a masters degree in leadership and management.
