Mikki joined iDE in 2023 with a deep-seated commitment to building remarkable employee experiences rooted in a blend of respect, open communication, and some fun. She has more than 20 years of experience in people leadership, with expertise in performance management, employee relations, JEDI (justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion), process and procedure, culture-building, and leadership development. Mikki is also the curator and organizer of TEDx Manitou Springs and is president of the Society for Human Resource Management. At iDE, Mikki is combining her passion and experience to support our continued work towards our mission of ending poverty by hiring and retaining top talent, providing the tools that employees need to do their jobs well, and helping create an inclusive environment where everyone is able to bring their best and true selves to work each and every day.
