Lee Addams is a Partner/Principal and EY-Parthenon (Ernst & Young) and co-leader of its Agribusiness practice in North America. He has served both as an executive and advisor to senior management teams and investors for 18 years, focusing on infrastructure, food, and agricultural businesses. Prior to joining EY-Parthenon, Lee served as CEO of Crop Metrics, LLC, an agricultural technology company with a productivity and sustainability focus, which he successfully led to acquisition in 2020. Lee also served as Senior Vice President of Strategy for Valmont Industries (NYSE:VMI, Omaha, NE), a global manufacturer of irrigation and infrastructure systems, and a founding member of the McKinsey & Company’s Sustainability and Resource Productivity Practice. Lee began his career at the Earth Institute at Columbia University, with additional experience at the Exxon Exploration Company. He holds a PhD in Geological and Environmental Science from Stanford University and a BSc in Applied Physics from Brigham Young University.
