Halima is an accomplished finance professional with more than 13 years of experience in the development sector. She brings strong skills in leadership and financial management with an emphasis on strategy planning, budgeting, fiscal monitoring, and donor and statutory compliance. On the organizational governance side, Halima is experienced in policy formation and development. Before joining iDE, she was with Terre des hommes as regional finance, admin and compliance manager supervising activities in Bangladesh, Myanmar, Nepal, and India. Halima has a master’s in accounting and has completed courses in chartered accountancy.
