Ebisa is a development professional with more than 20 years of experience in food security, livelihoods, resilience building, disaster risk management, humanitarian response, WASH, economic and social empowerment. He has exceptional skills in training facilitation and community development and believes in listening and learning when working with marginalized communities. As well as iDE, he has worked for Caritas Switzerland, Action Aid International, the International Institute of Rural Reconstruction, and Action for Development. He has a master’s degree in rural development, and a bachelor of arts in community development and leadership.
