Dien joined iDE Vietnam in early December 2023 as a Project Manager for GLIMER. His primary role involves, planning, overseeing, and leading the implementation of the GLIMER project and ensuring successful delivery of contracted donor outcomes. He also focuses on maintaining positive relationships with government partners and business involved in the project. Prior to joining iDE Vietnam, Dien accumulated nearly 23 years of experience in the development sector, primarily in ODA development programs. He has 14 years of extensive experience in project management and team leadership. His expertise spans overall planning, sustainable management and coordination, capacity building for government agencies, stakeholder engagement with the private sector, communications and advocacy, as well as networking and public relations. 

Dien holds an International Executive Master of Development Studies in Geneva, along with a B.A of Economics, B.A of Education, a Diploma of IMS and various other qualified training certificates.
