Ana Ximenes is a compassionate leader whose consulting career spans over 29 years focusing on delivering visible, measurable, step change results for clients through forming lasting partnerships based on trust.  Ana built a strong reputation for designing and executing cultural change initiatives that had lasting impact for Fortune 500 companies.  Ana went to Stephens College and received her law degree from the University of New Mexico.  Today she is the President of Four2One, Inc where she is bringing small companies big company skills.  Throughout her career she has been involved with several philanthropic projects in Latin America and Africa, a past National Spina Bifida Association Board Chair, and an enthusiastic supporter of iDE since 2011.
