As iDE Ghana’s MERL director, Hilda brings more than 10 years of experience in monitoring, evaluation, research and learning. Throughout her career, Hilda has consistently demonstrated courage in MERL-related programming, earning her a reputation for systems thinking, and innovative integration of monitoring systems and programs. In addition to her professional achievements, Hilda is also committed to creating an atmosphere that encourages women to engage in the fields they enjoy and thrive in. She believes in being humble and agile and actively contributes to the senior leadership of iDE Ghana to make a positive impact in WASH, agriculture and other related sectors. She previously worked as an advocacy and communication officer for Integrated Action for Community Development, a local nonprofit in Ghana, and a research assistant and editor of Innovations for Poverty Action in Ghana.
